What is J-WHO? You read my blog and you don't know what J-WHO is?

J-WHO is an organization that Shayna and I started. Its primary purpose is to educate women in our community about different health options that are available to us. It provides an opportunity for all of us to think and make decisions, rather than blindly follow.

We do this by hosting events that incorporate different practitioners and professionals. They share valuable information and we get to hang out with some pretty cool women.

The information shared is generally interesting, frequently interactive, sometimes controversial and always fun.
So go ahead and like us. You'll be glad you did.
